چکیده
ABSTRACT The increasing demand for using microorganisms in agriculture to improve food production requires constantly assessing microbial diversity. This study aimed investigate the biochemical properties of individual and combined multifunctional microorganisms, as well identify potential applications biotechnology or agriculture. experiment comprised 29 treatments, with 7 single 21 microorganisms: M01 (Serratia marcescens), M02 (Bacillus toyonensis), M03 (Phanerochaete australis), M04 (Trichoderma koningiopsis), M05 (Azospirillum brasilense), M06 sp.), M07 M08 M28 (combination among these microorganisms) M29 (control - no microorganisms). All treatments assimilated nitrogen, produced siderophores indoleacetic acid solubilized phosphate. Only M04, M13 M26 HCN. Additionally, all except M03, biofilm. M07, M09, M10, M12 potassium.

Isolation and Characterization of Plant Growth Promoting Antagonistic Bacteria from Cotton and Sugarcane Plants for Suppression of Phytopathogenic Fusarium Species
Background: Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) may be utilized to augment plant growth and suppress the plant pathogens. Objective: The present study was conducted to isolate and characterize the antagonistic bacteria indigenous to cotton and sugarcane rhizosphere in Pakistan, and to evaluate their ability to suppress phytopathogenic Fusarium spp. Out of 63 is...

Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are known to influence plant growth by various direct or indirect mechanisms. In search of efficient PGPR strains with multiple activities, a total of 150 bacterial isolates belonging to Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Azotobacter and Rhizobium were isolated from different rhizospheric soil of chick pea in the vicinity of Allahabad. These test isolates were bi...
متن کاملImpact of silver ions and silver nanoparticles on the plant growth and soil microorganisms
There is a growing consumer market for products that proclaim to decrease microorganism counts to prevent infections. Most of these products are loaded with silver in its ionic or nanoparticle form. Through use or during production, these particles can find their way into the soil and cause an impact in microbial and plant communities. This study aims to evaluate the impact of silver based part...
